Delivery Policy
Cigarettes-Online.Biz currently ships to USA only.
We will dispatch your order by Airmail Registered Mail.
Orders paid by Credit Cards are shipped within 2 business days after order date. Orders paid by e-check are shipped when the check is validated by our bank. Check processing and validation can take up to 4 business days.
Within the USA the packages will be delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service).
Estimated delivery times are 12 - 14 business days from the shipping date, not from the order date.
Shipping cost is $6 per carton.
Tracking numbers are available for all packages.
Usually a signature is not required upon package receipt. However if a parcel cannot be delivered, (no-one at home), the postman will leave you a notice requiring to collect your parcel from the post office within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to us.

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please e-mail us at support@cigarettes-online.biz within 7 days of delivery.

We never share, sell or pass your personal information such as name, address and e-mail to any third party. This information is used only to process and ship your order, and to assist you in your inquiries on its status.
We also collect non-personally identifiable information. It may include the URL you came from, IP address, domain types (like .com or .org and so on), your browser type, the country, state and telephone area code where your server is located, the pages of our site that were viewed during a visit, the advertisements you clicked. We use this information for enhancing the operation of our site, serving advertisements, for statistical purposes and to administer our systems.
Return & Refund Policy
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
We cannot accept returns if you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason.
If there is a fault with your product (or other defect with your order) you may return the product within 28 days of delivery for replacement or refund. We will replace the product or refund your money only when the product is confirmed to be faulty.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please do not send any returns to any other address other than the return address listed on the original package. Only returns sent to the correct address will be processed.
If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the shipping date we guarantee to either reship your order or to issue a 100% refund.
